About
Shalom Academy is an online academy that offers the following languages: German, Spanish, Hebrew, English, French, and Portuguese. Our teachers are either native speakers or Ecuadorians who have learned the languages in different countries. Shalom Academy provides personalized classes because our goal is to maintain the quality of international education.
Our mission is to help people become fluent in various languages so they can become global citizens who are inclusive and respectful of differences.
Shalom Academy works with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), and this international standard is applied to all languages.

History of the Academy
Shalom Academy was founded in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. We recognized the need to offer language courses in a fun and unique way, utilizing all the innovations of online education. Initially, we only taught children, but we later expanded our offerings to include teenagers and adults. At first, we provided classes in English and French, but as more people began requesting additional languages, we decided to add German, Hebrew, Spanish, and Portuguese.

To become the most important online education academy in Latin America by 2030, focusing on the two main pillars of our mission: languages and social inclusion.

To provide international education to more people so that they not only learn a language but also become empathetic and inclusive global citizens.
